ABOUT :: Pocket Motet is an interactive music generator that uses twitter messages as a score.

INSTRUCTIONS ::
|
1: Send a message via twitter containing the hashtag #pocketmotet |
|
| |
2: Within a minute or two the elements of the music will change and your message will appear in blue above. |
|
| |
3: Experiment by sending different types of messages (poetic, banal, irrational...) to discover the control structures. |
|
| |
4: When you have satisfied your curiosity, pursue other activities and let Pocket Motet unravel the musical potential of your message in the background. |
|

INSTALLATION :: Pocket Motet also exists as a physical audio installation where you can interact with the music in 8 channels. Information about upcoming live events can be found on this site and by following @musicflick.
